Managing your membership
Once you’ve logged in using your username (email address) and password you can edit your details and look at the treasures you’ve contributed in the My profile area of the website.
Your contributions
On the
My contributions page, you can view all the treasures you have submitted to the website. Each contribution will be labelled as either ‘Approved’, ‘Under review’ or ‘Draft’.
'Approved' means that your contribution has been published on the website. 'Under Review' means your contribution is being reviewed by our moderator and will be published soon. ‘Draft' means that you saved your contribution as a draft and can still make changes.
If your contribution is in draft form, you can click through to the full contribution, and then click the ‘Edit contribution’ link to make any changes. This is where you will submit your draft contribution for review.
On the ‘Your Treasures’ website you are also able to contribute by adding comments to your own published treasure, as well as to other people’s contributions. More information is available on the
How to share page.
Your profile
If you’re logged in, you can change your details on the
Edit my profile page at any time. This includes your nickname, the place you’ve nominated to be published with your contribution, and your first and last name. You can also change your password here.
We require your real name and a valid email address so that we can send instructions on how to confirm your registration and notify you when your contribution has been approved for publication. We will not, however, publish your real name or email address, provide your details to outside organisations, or contact you for any other reason other than related to this website, your membership or your contribution.
Your email address is your username. It is also the only way we can contact you. So if you need to change your address please let us know by emailing yourslv@slv.vic.gov.au
